FAQ

We ask for up to 5 business days to get your order out. The means we only print on the weekdays!

We use a special dye called Solarfast by Jacquard. The dye is meant specifically for fabrics. So, once the shirt is printed and properly washed and heat treated it is permanently dyed into the fabric and will not run.

We do not accept returns unless an item is damaged. If that is the case please email ripeclothstore@gmail.com.

Each shirt is individually sunprinted, so slight variations in color, placement, and texture are completely normal. That's part of what makes each piece unique.

We recommend checking the size guide on each product listing before purchasing. Our shirts may fit differently depending on the style, so comparing the measurements to a shirt you already own is the best way to find your fit.

Cyanotype is a photographic printing process that uses UV light to create beautiful blue images. We use sunlight and light-sensitive dyes to transfer our designs directly onto fabric.

The print is dyed directly into the fabric. With proper care, it is made to last. Expect normal fading as with any shirt over time.
