Shipping policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after purchase. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

Because many of our items are made to order, processing times may occasionally be extended during periods of high demand, holidays, or promotional events. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped through USPS. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:

United States: 2–7 business days via USPS
International: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing

Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with USPS tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges to be resent.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to USPS, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our control.

If your package appears to be lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with USPS.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right.
